Unbelievably upright servant of the community

The Constable is caring and fair: everybody’s dream community policewoman. She makes sure the people and town are managed through law and order. She seems to always be there, whenever and wherever help is needed. And she is totally, inhumanly incorruptible. Shouldn’t every town have somebody like her?
