The tired and worn-out parent of a sick and rebellious child

Mrs. Clark is doing her best to keep her family upbeat under very trying circumstances. Her son Tim, one of the Bubble Boys, has been very sick most of his life. Amidst these difficulties, Mrs. Clark remains the source of solace and strength. But despite her soothing words, Tina, her daughter, is angry at the world. Tina thinks that her parents had her only to be a savior sibling, not because they wanted a second child.
